Hey, Lovelies. Today we're starting something new, so I welcome you to Sunday Sparks, a quick burst of reclamation, truth, and fire for your soul.
I'm Tonesha Hyde, and today we're gonna ignite something deep.
Now most of us have been told the story, it's been explained, elaborated on, even turned into paintings and movies, and that is the story that the woman was responsible for or influenced the downfall of mankind. Also, in the story, we were told that the serpent was the enemy, but what if I told you that the story was rewritten to sever us from our power?
And in that, we have to begin to open our eyes, open our minds in order to see that the wound of supremacy doesn't just live in systems. It doesn't just live in governments. It lives in this story, the story of Eve. It's the story of shaming desire, of silencing women, and of demonizing wisdom. And here's the main spark.
The serpent didn't come or wasn't there to destroy. She was there to awaken. She was there to help remember that truth, choice, and divine knowledge were already ours.
So wouldn't you personally experience or feel that sting of the not enoughness or when you feel the weight being told or the responsibility of staying quiet or small. Please remember this, that you are the Eve who has a choice, who gets to choose, and you have the wisdom of the serpent who remembers.
And you are the fire that supremacy cannot kill.
