Do you thrive in complete silence, or do you need background noise to stay focused? Maybe you’re like me, with ADHD, needing a specific playlist to get into the zone. Your workspace should reflect what keeps you productive and inspired.

2. Avoiding Chaos and Clutter:

Working from home can easily turn chaotic. Your workspace starts with good intentions, but soon you’ve got a TV, an iPad, and even laundry piles creeping in. It’s no wonder you can’t get in the zone! Keep distractions out and maintain your workspace as a dedicated area for work.

3. Energy and Atmosphere:

The vibe of your workspace matters. Are you bringing in positive energy, or is it a cluttered mess that stresses you out? Light some incense, play your favorite tunes, and keep your space clean to create an environment that sparks joy and productivity.

4. Personal Experience:

I had a week where I couldn’t get anything done because my desk was a mess. Books everywhere, distractions all around. Once I cleared the clutter, I could finally focus. It’s all about setting yourself up for success.

5. Setting Boundaries:

Your workspace is sacred. Don’t let random conversations, phone calls, or household chores invade it. Keep the energy focused on your goals and tasks at hand.

Remember, your environment plays a huge role in your success. Make it a space that supports your productivity and creativity.
