Evaluate the Grief, Part 1
In this 2-part series, Tonesha dives right in to talk about the importance of examining our grief and the value we can gain from it. She questions the current culture of canceling anyone who doesn't align with our beliefs. Stop focusing on the negative, strive to find the truth. Aim to be a better person.
There’s been a trend lately of a self-destructive mindset, women claiming to be independent yet living behind the façade of lies, bitterness, pain, and low self-worth. By dealing with our pain and looking at the grief head-on, we can start to see where it’s coming from and start to fix and heal it.
The episode is a call to action for listeners to be responsible adults, deal with the bullshit of adulting, and examine their grief to become better versions of themselves.
